Job Description

The Vice President of Operations develops, implements, executes, and leads the operations of the company, balancing day-to-day management of the construction teams executing the work while looking to the future and building processes & capabilities to enable continued growth (doubling in size every 3 years). Profile A successful VP of Operations should have: Proven senior operations leader in construction (ideally managing large, multi-team organizations 300+ people) Strong operator who can balance daily execution with long-term strategic growth Highly organized, data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experienced in building scalable processes, KPIs, and operational systems Effective communicator and collaborator across all levels and departments Skilled in people leadership: hiring, coaching, developing, and retaining high-performing teams Comfortable managing complexity, risk, and fast-paced environments with multiple priorities Technically proficient with strong attention to detail and operational execution Change-oriented leader who brings new ideas and drives continuous improvement High emotional intelligence with strong leadership presence, accountability, and cultural alignment Job Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $200,000 to $250000 USD.
