Description:

Summary of the Position: Being of service to maintain a clean, safe and well-groomed facility for all guests and team members and to assist with projects both interior and exterior of the building.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of facility.
  • Communicates effectively with team members to efficiently complete projects.
  • Maintains cleanliness of tables, surrounding chairs, floors, restrooms, windows and other areas of the building.
  • Maintains exterior of building, both cleanliness and safety.
  • Maintains a timely execution of duties and remains positive and self-motivated when tasked with new duties.
  • Notifying management of occurring deficiencies, needs and repairs
  • Assist team in upkeep of restrooms.
  • Assists other service personnel as needed.
  • Performs all duties in accordance with the Family of Companies and Pelican customer service standard and exemplifies Core Values in their job duties.
  • Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Pelican menu items, events, community involvement.
Requirements:

General knowledge of customer service standards

Physical endurance to handle heavy machinery and to complete tasks

Positive and self-motivated

Able to complete tasks independently

Ability to communicate with team members regarding health, safety or cleanliness concerns



Compensation details: 17-17 Hourly Wage
