About the role

Expert Plumbing Inc is a well-established plumbing contractor based in Cerritos, CA, delivering high-quality plumbing to residential and commercial clients throughout Southern California. We are looking for a skilled and dependable Experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our field team and help us continue delivering excellent work to our valuable clients.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing on new construction and remodel projects
• Ensure all work complies with California plumbing codes and safety standards
• Mentor and guide apprentices on job sites as needed
• Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and team members
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Requirements

• Valid California Journeyman Plumber license (required)
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and commercial work
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, pipe materials, and installation techniques
• Thorough understanding of California plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on job sites
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude
