From full structural demolition to detailed selective demo, our team takes pride in getting the job done right while maintaining a strong safety culture and professional job sites.

We are looking for an experienced Demolition Supervisor who can lead crews, manage projects in the field, and keep operations running smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead demolition crews on commercial and residential job sites
  • Oversee projects ranging from complete structural demolition to selective demolition work
  • Create project plans and execute work according to schedule and scope
  • Coordinate daily operations, manpower, equipment, and materials on-site
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to company standards
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all job site safety requirements
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce proper safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Monitor project progress and troubleshoot issues in real time
  • Complete daily reports, time tracking, and site documentation
  • Train and mentor crew members to improve productivity and performance
  • Operate equipment when needed and assist crews hands-on when necessary

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supervising demolition or construction crews required
  • Strong understanding of demolition processes, equipment, and job site safety
  • Ability to manage crews of 6-8+ employees
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read plans, schedules, and project scopes preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • OSHA certification is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be dependable, organized, and able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work nights and weekends as needed
