Construction Site Supervisor - $60k-$65k/yr

A local business in Conroe, TX is searching for a Construction Site Supervisor to assist in the company's daily operations. This is a temp-hire position in a fast-paced environment, and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction site operations.

Job Summary:

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in commercial and light industrial construction projects.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Monitor daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and labor crews on-site
• Track productivity and assist with resolving field issues
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and project updates
• Verify completed work and identify deficiencies before inspections
• Assist with material deliveries, inventory tracking, and site organization
• Present technical reports to management team
• Ensure compliance with government and industry quality codes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, OR
• Associate degree or technical training in a construction-related field
• Understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual is a plus
• Must be able to travel locally
