The Waterproofing Foreman will lead a small team of 1-5 workers on both commercial and residential waterproofing projects. This role requires hands-on supervision to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Occasional travel between various job sites is expected to maintain direct oversight and effective coordination. The Foreman will enforce OSHA standards and company-specific safety policies to promote a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of small construction teams
• Develop and maintain project/production schedules to meet deadlines
• Enforce compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
• Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project
• Manage equipment allocation and maintenance
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate clear communication among team members
• Oversee material management and inventory on-site
• Submit daily timesheets and job documentation
• Communication with owner, engineers and office personnel

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Waterproofing or related construction field
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Certification
• Knowledge of Waterproofing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Basic math and computer skills
• Skill in project scheduling and coordinating tasks
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols
• Proven team leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Effective communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs with assistance
• Must pass background check and random drug screenings
