About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Equipment Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of commercial landscaping equipment at our Laveen shop. You will help keep our crews productive by minimizing equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on excavators, skid steers, loaders, trucks, and other heavy equipment
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
Conduct daily shop and field repairs as needed
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and parts inventory
Keep the shop clean and organized
Travel to jobsites for emergency repairs when required

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical troubleshooting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Arizona driver's license (clean driving record)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
